Continuing Education Requirements

For Persons Already Licensed

The Nebraska Real Estate Commission requires 12 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years at least SIX hours of which must have required content (courses with an "R" in the content number).  In addition ALL salespersons and brokers must complete six hours of broker-approved training.  Licensees can substitute six hours of additional continuing education for the broker-approved training if they desire.  Randall School offers courses in 3 and 6 hour increments with classroom, correspondence, and online formats available. Upon completing each course, you will receive a certificate of completion from Randall School of Real Estate.
